Desktop Drives: colorado

When I was growing up, it was common for many families to go on Sunday Drives. They would pile into the station wagon and motor about the countryside for hours. Of course that was before we knew about global warming, peak oil, and all the reasons that driving as recreation is a bad idea.

With gasoline expensive, and likely to become more so, driving will soon be only for the rich and foolish. Besides, who has time for such an indulgence with the long hours our bosses expect us to work?

Desktop Drives is the answer to all of that. Without leaving the comfort of your cubicle (or table in the coffee shop), you can enjoy the pleasure of a short scenic drive.
